This makes finding the right franchise CRM a time-sucking process because you’ll likely be forced to schedule a demo just to get basic information for things that should be simple, like pricing.

They specialize in helping global brands like Reebok, Starbucks, and Delta Air Lines.

Most reviews I found on FranConnect rate it 4/5 stars, although most of the reviews are from before 2020, and the few recent reviews are mostly positive.

Here’s what Sergio O. has to say about using FranConnect:

“Pros: FranConnect Sales Module is a great CRM for keeping track of franchisee leads, and potential franchise owners. The reporting system is robust. Overall, a lot of capabilities in a relatively user-friendly system. Good response when submitting a request or a new ticket. Very easy to run financial reports and get data for franchise locations and store documents such as insurance certificates, owner certifications & franchise agreements.

Cons: The internal operational modules and the library where you can store documents could use an upgrade. Not a great place to put best practices, the forums are in a very outdated format and not user-friendly. The modules do not sync or communication between sales, operations, hub, etc. They seem to store their own data without easy of finding the appropriate information in a quick manner. Ability to sync emails to outlook is not very user friendly.”

They’re an all-in-one management software with features for every department, including HR.

They serve franchises like SportClips and Bruster’s Ice Cream.

  • Comes with all of the features you’d need to manage a franchise, from onboarding to collecting royalties
  • Offers email and SMS communications
  • Only serves the franchise industry
  • Comes with field service management features for managing sales on the go
  • Offers a survey features to gather research or gauge customer feedback

Cons

  • I couldn’t find any reviews for FranchiseSoft across software review sites, which is odd
  • Doesn’t offer a free trial
