Fully sync VipeCloud and your email client. Once VipeCloud is connected to your exchange, your emails sent and received will be seen across all your devices, whether you email from VipeCloud, your desktop email client, or your phone.

In the sync settings you can choose to automatically attribute emails as contact activity and even automatically create contacts based on emails you send or receive through your work email.

The most common setup is to route individual emails through your exchange and mass emails through our servers. Emails routed through your exchange will appear in your sent folder across all devices, emails routed through VipeCloud's servers will not. However, your exchange likely has daily limits for emails that are much lower than our mass email servers allow you to send.

Test Your Email Deliverability
Whether sending through your own email exchange or through our servers, deliverability will be affected by your DNS setup.
To maximize your deliverability your domain is required to have SPF and DMARC records. For each avenue that you send, you are required to have DKIM records (e.g. DKIM for your exchange and DKIM for VipeCloud).
