View All Users' Contact Lists

hello Vipers for this week's what's the

flow let's talk about how you can view

all of a used all of the contact lists

across your users uh now this does

require that you have permission to see

these at the first place you have to

either be an admin or a manager of like

the users within a particular team to be

able to see this but but yeah when you

first log into your account it's

actually not apparent that you are able

to see it used to be ignored this right

here because that is a custom one that

I've added here but

um but yeah you're just gonna see my

contact list here by default and uh so

yeah here is how you can actually show

all of them so you go over here to

filter

because this is going to be a filter

View

you can just ignore all of that

um you know it's a

behind the scenes database stuff but

what you can do here though is it's just

uh you can apply this filter across all

users contact lists

so you're going to do that if you are a

manager and you want to make these

available to other users and you can go

right here make it available to all

users but in this case I'm going to say

oops

our contact list I'm going to hit OK

and then there we go now I am able to

see all of the contact lists across

users so this makes things a lot simpler

not needing to

uh you know like share uh like exports

from one user to the other change

ownership none of that stuff you'll be

able to see and interact with the

contact lists that belong to other users
