hello Vipers for this what's the flow
let's talk about how you can share your
signup form signups with people who are
organization and the way you can do this
is by going into your signup
form and let's go into this you go to
signups and then there's a share signups
link and then when you click on this
you're able to first of all view your
share link so this link can then be
shared with anybody you can like with so
many links in viip Cloud you can
customize it so if you want to
personalize part of that link to be part
that uh you got this button right here
which allows you to disable the link too
so these don't have to once they're put
out there in the world that doesn't mean
they have to be out there forever you
can always just toggle It Off
and then also right here let's say you
ask a ton of questions on your signup
form you can tidy things up and reduce
how many columns display on the main
page and I'll show you in a second what
that looks like so just note here that
the email and phone number is uh is
turned off and I'll show you what that
so here's we're going to go to this
and here we go so this is what your
contacts will see that you shared this
link with and by the way too this will
be updated as people fill out the form
so it's a live viewing of everybody who
form and so you'll see right here these
are the columns that we chose to
show and note that the email and phone
number were turned off and that's why
here however if somebody wants to look
at all of the information that a person
signed up filled out they can click on
here and now we're able to
see all this information uh that for
this person who signed up including
their email and phone number so I hope
