we're going to talk about how you can
use scheduled sends on your signup forms
now the where you might want to use this
is if say you are using a silent form to
register people to an event or webinar
or something along those lines and you
want to make it really easy to be able
to remind people at a set date before an
and what you can do is just simply go
first of all you're going to want to
make your email template that you'll be
using as the reminder so create your
email template make that reminder and
then head to your sign up
form we go right here you will find this
automations and here you'll see your
various automations that you can make
such as autoresponder something that
people might receive immediately after
after signing up but then here we can
create a scheduled send and one thing I
should mention here too is that this
will remind everybody who signs up on
this sign up form before the scheduled
send so I'm going to go right here we
can schedule an email or also a text
going choose email here I'm going to go
and create my or choose my event
template and then I can either choose
schedule email just to schedule it right
away or also if you wanted to create
multiple reminders perhaps a reminder
three days in advance a reminder a day
before and a reminder an hour before
this will make that easy I'm going to
schedule this will then take me back to
automations where I will see this
scheduled send and can manage it from
