hello Vipers for this what's the flow
we're going to talk about the quick
actions that you have on the CRM items
that you see throughout the system so
that would include contacts accounts and
opportunities um and you'll see these
also anywhere that those are linked such
as tasks so first of all let's just go
look at contacts really quickly here and
we will see that you've got the when you
hover over these you'll see what you can
do with them but you got quick view edit
contact send an email and what these
allow you to do is just save you click
and you can quickly interact with these
items such as being able to inspect a
contact record and see their information
see their engagement things like that so
you'll see just about everything that
you're able to see on their contact
view now one place that this is really
useful is or is especially useful I
should say is on the to-dos page where
when you're looking at your tasks you
can basically just turn this into a call
list and where you're able to quickly
inspect a a person before you pick up
the phone and call them and this just
saves you from having to load a bunch of
pages as you're going through your call
list additionally when you go to your
opportunities if you need it to jog your
memory for what an opportunity uh is or
you know their primary contact if you
need to see like what the latest
Communications are with this person
you'll see that these buttons are
throughout here too so I can quick view
itself and I can also quick view the
person who the opportunity pertains
to so the idea of this is just to be
able to save you page loads savy clicks
and make it easier to find the
information you're looking for happy
