hello Vipers for today's what's the flow
we're going to talk about an exciting
Opportunities which makes it so that
your opportunities can be priced out
based on line items of your products in
the system so that you can easily figure
out exactly what is making up the price
of an opportunity and then you can carry
this right through into estimates and
send it over to QuickBooks via our
QuickBooks integration too so uh first
of all where your products are going to
be managed we're not going to go into
products too much here but just to get
you steered in the right direction that
customizations and then you'll see
products up here in the table of
contents and you can add your various
products with their Associated pricing
right here now let's go over to the
pipeline because that's where the Focus
today so we're going to click into an
opportunity and then we're going to edit
opportunity to make these changes and
now we'll see right here we have
products right here and so this is going
to pull from the products we were just
let's select one right here hourly
service hourly shop right
and we can see the pricing automatically
comes in and maybe we'll we'll just
leave this at one right here and then
choose say like a part right there for a
flywheel and let's add a head gasket
right there and you'll see right here
that you can build the amount from
means is that this amount right here is
going to be be sourced from this pricing
right here now if you want to just
continue using the amount right here as
a a number that you just type in off the
top of your head and fantastic you can
go ahead and keep doing that no need to
use products here but if you have
slightly more complicated pricing or if
you really want to track the breakdown
of product by product then this is a
great way to do that so we're going to
hit edit and reload and you'll see it uh
it did the math right there it broke
down these three items right
here and now let's say this opportunity
has been W or maybe it hasn't quite yet
been won but it's uh if requested an
estimate you can do that right here and
pulls these line items all together into
your estimate with that total right
there and of course course here too if
negotiations and you want to maybe
pricing on the Fly you can do that of
can change quantities too not that a car
needs two head gaskets but you are able
to uh pull that pricing all together and
from here using our QuickBooks
integration you can have your estimates
be sent over to QuickBooks for send them
the uh the invoice so I hope you uh
