hello Vipers for today's what's the flow
I want to show you how you can use
pipelines to manage more than just your
sales pipeline you can actually use it
for things like uh like projects that
so uh right here we've got a pipeline
that is designed for work orders so
you'll see right here where it's not uh
you know like a deal in and uh the date
and budget identified and won or lost or
instead we're looking at estimate
requested estimate pending estimate sent
scheduled in progress and completed to
show an example work order pipeline
and what's great about this is that it
can Naturally Fit together with
the process of earning business and then
what happens next and it all takes place
on your contact records on the records
of your accounts it can involve people
from within the within your team and
yeah it just keeps everything in one
place for you so you're not having to
have data in one system and data in
uh how do you do this well first of all
you need to have multiple pipelines at
least assuming that you're also tracking
your sales pipeline so in this case it's
under a prospecting right here and we
the more standard sales stages going on
here but then right up here you're able
switch between various uh various
pipelines that are in your vipcloud
and in this case we've got work orders
and you can use this button right here
create a new pipeline to go straight to
where you need to go to actually create
so we can go right here give it a name
plus call work orders too
this takes you straight to your
where you can then add and edit your
various uh your various stages
say go through edit the stages and
control where they are in the uh in in
the pipeline based on percentage with
the lowest percentages being all the way
up to the left highest percentages being
off to the right give it a name and it's
as easy as that you can go right here to
edit these and uh yeah and then you're
off to the races managing uh not just
your sales pipeline but also your
