hello vipers got a quick what's the flow
for you today uh today I'm just going to
show you how you can combine lists so
that uh they are deduplicated so in
other words let's say you're gonna send
out an email I've asked a mass email to
and you want to send it to multiple
contact lists and either you know there
are multiple contacts that are
duplicated across those lists or you
just aren't sure then here's the best
thing to do to make sure you don't send
to people multiple times because
otherwise in that scenario you would be
sending to those duplicate people across
those lists multiple times
so here is you go to oh you go to your
and then select the lists that you want
you so you check those boxes you go up
here to the drop down create segment
you're going to be creating a new list
here so this is not going to actually
combine these lists and cause you to
lose them it's just going to make a new
one so give that this new list a name
hit that ok button and voila you will
have a list that is those those lists
all combined together with no duplicates
at least no duplicated email addresses
if you have duplicate contacts with
different email addresses then there's
not much that can be done there at least
through this process so hopefully this
