Use Sign Up Forms For Coupon Clubs

hello Vipers for this what's the flow

we're going to talk about how you can

manage a coupon Club using by Cloud

signup forms

so one thing that you'll want to do

ahead of time I would suggest is making

any email templates that you want to

send

for this coupon Club

and then you'll take this sign up form

and collect all the information that you

need

in as you would with any signup form

and under automations is here I'm going

to delete this under automations is

where you can go to schedule emails and

texts to send to all signups

and this is where you're going to

schedule the sends for this coupon Club

so

go right here to schedule send schedule

email

and then you can choose any email

templates that you have chosen such as

right here like this month's coupons I

just made that quickly for this and then

we can hit schedule email also if you've

already got a whole bunch of months of

sends ready to go then you can just go

use this option instead schedule and add

another so I'm actually going to choose

that right now so I'm going to schedule

this for let's just say

October 1st

and I'll make it go at

10 a.m and schedule

and there we go so that first one has

been scheduled and I'm going to do just

this template here again as an example

but then let's just uh say this one

we're going to schedule for November 1st

at 10 A.M and schedule

and here we can see

that these

coupon sends are all scheduled to go out

in advance

and the cool thing is that as people

fill out this sign of form

they'll all be added and they'll just

receive whatever is scheduled so anybody

who signs up before October 1st at this

particular time will receive this and

then they'll receive this next one in

time and then let's just say somebody

schedules up schedules up sorry signs up

after October 1st then they will receive

this at the appropriate time and all I

have to do is just add new emails as

appropriate

and as a bonus you can also let's say

you want to greet somebody when they

have signed up this is where you would

use a an autoresponder and this

autoresponder

I'll just go here

hit email template

I would choose an email template that

I've made in advance as a Welcome to My

Coupon Club

I would select that let's just select

this for

you know for for an example

and then if I wanted to like let's say

add a delay probably wouldn't in this

particular case but this delay it would

make it seem a little bit more personal

and like you had actually written it out

yourself

um but otherwise if you're not looking

to do that then just hit save

autoresponder

and and then when people sign up for the

coupon Club they'll get this

autoresponder right away

and then they will receive any scheduled

emails as the time that they are

scheduled
