hello Vipers for this what's the flow
we're going to talk about how to add
contacts to your contact lists now why
would you want to do this well contact
lists are primarily used for sending
mass emails and mass texts to groups of
your contacts so if you're looking to
send out that kind of communication and
you don't already have a contact list
put together of those people who you
want to communicate with well then
continue watching this video we'll talk
about a few different ways you can go
about doing this and uh some of them are
very quick and easy some of them are a
little bit more advanced but uh by the
end you'll know what to do so first of
all you can just simply add all of your
contacts to a list or you can select a
few this is a more manual task but it is
simpler um and so first of all looking
here at contact lists I have made this
contact list for this example
and if you need a refresher to create a
list you can just go right here to
create and then create empty list would
be how you make a new one which will you
up so we got this list right here I'm
contacts and I'm just going to select a
few and add them to an existing list and
I did that by clicking up here to find
the options to interact with those ones
that I have selected add to existing
list in here I'll choose my list I can
search for it there it is example list
okay I refresh head back to my contact
now let's uh let's go back to my
contacts and if I want want to add all
of my contacts I can just click on this
list so those are a couple of either
just you know simply adding everybody or
doing it a little bit more
manually but let's say you have another
existing list but you want to add them
so in other words maybe there's a
communicate with everybody list that you
working with or some sort of newsletter
list and you've got a subset that you're
looking to add like it also might be a
sign up form I'll be showing you how to
do that in a second so I want to go
first of all to my contact
lists and let's just say that I've got
this list right here and I want to add
these people to my main one well I can
go into this list and very similar is a
very similar process to before where I'm
now in this list and I can select all
click on this and hit add to existing
list now this is just going to add them
it's going to be like a single time um
so it's something you'd have to stay on
top of but this is how you can go about
that Additionally you could go to your
load I can select them and add signups
list also while over here I'll just show
you quickly if you want that to be an
ongoing thing where everybody who fills
out this form gets added to your list
you can do that from the admin page page
here add signups to other contact
lists and if we save that setting right
there everybody who fills out this form
will also be added to that contact
list now another thing you can do is
CSV in other words like an export from
somewhere else and you want to on mass
add them to an existing contact list
I'm not going to go through the whole
process because it's basically the same
as importing but I'll just get you
started here and we'll uh
include in uh like on the page a link to
contacts so from there you want to go
contacts and you'll go through the
import contacts right here click on that
drag and drop your CSV here and you can
continue through that that process also
note that while you're here you've got
search contacts and create contacts so
you can search for contacts right here
them looks like they're already on the
list and you can also create a brand new
contact and after you're done creating
that contact it will be added to the
list lastly uh removing contacts is an
important process of managing your list
let's say you want to take somebody off
of the list well it's very similar just
you can select your contacts go right
here remove from contact list and they
will no longer be a part of your
list so I hope that you find this
