Social Templates

hello vipers here's how to

create a social template in vipe cloud

first of all for templates they have two

purposes primarily uh the first purpose

is for just simply a social post

that you want to be able to

create once and then be able to post

multiple times

without having to create it over and

over again

so social uh template can just simply be

a single post that goes on to one or

more social media accounts

the other purpose uh is for social

sequences which is for things like

parties where you are looking to create

an automated series

of posts that all go up across a span of

time you're going to need templates

to be those posts that go up so you'll

need to first create your templates then

you can create a sequence

so to get to your templates you go over

here in this

left navigation menu

click on templates

and then here you can click on this

green button up here create to create a

new one

from here it looks very much like just

simply creating a new social post so you

give it a name

and if you like you can put it into a

folder

or share with teams if you happen to

have multiple users within your account

if not you can simply ignore that

and then in this right here you add the

body of the post like the message

and then down here is where you can add

things like videos

images hashtags and emojis

so let's add an image here

here you're going to see your existing

content anything that you have already

uploaded into the system

at least in this case it's only going to

show images

if you need to add any new images you

can click that that haven't already been

added you can go to this

green plus button right here click on

that and then browse your computer for

any images that are on there

let's just for the time being use this

existing one right here

you can see our image is there now

and once it is looking ready

hit create template

and now it is

saved right here

to interact with these you can then

either go to

this button right here to

either pose copy or delete

and then additionally there are

more options when you select one or

multiple using these check boxes and

then going up here to the selected drop

down and then here's where you can again

copy and delete multiple at the same

time move multiple at the same time and

also even like create a sequence from

them
