1. Customer completes Sign Up Form

What Happens In VipeCloud

All form data is saved, the customer's payment status is flagged as Unpaid, and the payment window is loaded.

2a. Customer completes checkout form successfully (payment information submitted passes the initial tests)

The customer is redirected to the sign up form and the sign up form Thank You message is displayed.

2b. Customer abandons the payment form. If they click to return to the sign up form, or return to the form in the near future, the form fields they filled out are filled out for them to edit and checkout (again).

Payment status does not change from Unpaid until the checkout form is completed successfully.

3a. The payment successfully clears.

The payment system sends VipeCloud a notification and the payment status is flagged as Paid. At this time you are notified of a sign up form completion and any AutoResponders the sign up form has will process. If the payment was a credit card, this happens almost immediately following the checkout. If the payment is a bank transfer this can take multiple days.

3b. The payment fails to clear.

The payment system sends VipeCloud a notification and the payment status is flagged as Failed. The customer is emailed a notification to re-submit payment. You should receive a notification from the payment system about the failed payment.
