hello vipers let's talk about sign up
form autoresponders and the conditions
that you can set so that certain
autoresponders will trigger in certain
kinds of ways thus allowing you to
have
one email template sent if a certain
answer is given and a different email
template set if a
if a different answer is given and also
how you can designate ownership of the
signups based on these conditions too
so we're looking in signup forms which
we got to by clicking on the signup
forms button here creating a new signup
form and then going to the autoresponder
tab
and let's also take a look at the silent
form itself
and so we can see what the what field
we're going to be doing this with so
here's an example sign up form
a basic one and we have an industry
option here and perhaps we want a
certain email template to be sent
if the person who's filling out the form
selects manufacturing and maybe we want
this to this this sign up to be assigned
to a particular user based on that too
so I'm going to head back here
create autoresponder
this is going to go just like a normal
autoresponder
throughout this phase here you can
choose email template
I'm just going to pick a template
and this template is going to be
set so that it specifically goes if a
certain response is given we're going to
leave steps two and three
and here we go so here is our first
autoresponder
now we've got conditions
I'm going to click right here to create
a condition for this autoresponder
add condition
and here we see all of the fields that
are on the signup form
I'm going to choose industry includes
manufacturing we can also see right here
there those are the options that we had
before
save so now this autoresponder is only
going to go if somebody when they're
filling this out chooses Manufacturing
and then you can take this a step
farther too if you want certain
responses to result in certain
users in your account to own that plus
you should also note that when you set
that
the auto the email that is triggered by
the autoresponder is also going to be
coming from their account
so we can go right here to sign up owner
and here's where we can choose different
people so maybe I want to choose a
different user in my
uh in my company's account
to uh to receive this sign up
Additionally you can use a round robin
where it will
go in in a circle of the uh of the users
that are in your account or in a team
because you can see right here choose
round robin we can say all users or you
can also create different teams
and um and then it'll limit that round
robin to a specific team like maybe it
is a uh just a sales team or it's a
particular sales team and uh and then
you can set this there so we'll do this
right here say like maybe csms okay and
there we go and so then if you want to
create another condition so that if
somebody chooses a different option here
you can simply create an another
autoresponder where then the condition
is set for that other option
