VipeCloud invites qualified security researchers to help us improve the security of our products and services by participating in our Bug Bounty Program.
Program Status
The VipeCloud Bug Bounty Program is not continuously open. Participation is limited to approved researchers during periods when the program is actively accepting applications.
Participation Requirements
You must first request authorization to participate. Complete the form below to apply. Only authorized researchers with explicit approval may conduct testing under this program.
Scope and Rules
Once authorized, you will receive program scope and testing guidelines, including in-scope assets and any exclusions. Testing outside the authorized scope is not permitted.
Submission and Response
Reports must be submitted through the approved process. We will acknowledge receipt of valid reports within X business days and communicate status updates throughout triage and resolution.
Rewards
Rewards are discretionary and based on severity, impact, and quality of report. Eligibility and reward levels will be provided to authorized researchers.
Submissions made outside of an active program, or without prior written authorization, are not eligible for compensation.
Legal and Authorized Testing Only
Only testing conducted under the terms of this program is permitted. Testing outside this program may violate applicable laws. Researchers are expected to act in good faith and avoid disruption to systems or data.
