How does the Free Trial work?
Our 15 day Free Trial is your no-risk, nearly-full-featured access to VipeCloud to test if we will work for you. During your trial you can send emails (up to 150), setup data fields, sync your inbox, manage contacts (up to 150), and have full access to our support team to answer questions, demo the product, and more.
What are Marketing Contact limits?
Marketing Contacts are contacts that exist on a contact list - as contact lists are used for email and text marketing. Contacts not on a Contact List can still be emailed and not counted as Marketing Contacts. A contact can be on multiple Contact Lists and will only count as one Marketing Contact.
Our plans include the following Marketing Contacts across an entire account: Plus is 500, Pro is 2,000, and Enterprise is 5,000.
Additional Marketing Contacts can be purchased for the Pro and Enterprise plans. Each additional 2,000 Marketing Contacts for a Pro plan is $25/mo and each additional 5,000 Marketing Contacts for an Enterprise plan is $40/mo.
Email sending is limited to 10x your Marketing Contact count per month, pending your email reputation.
Can I migrate my data to your system?
Yes and we can help you do so. If you sync your inbox with VipeCloud, we can automatically build your contact and company databases, or you can upload a CSV to get started. We can also import existing opportunities from a prior CRM.
What types of payments do you accept?
All payments are made by credit card, and managed from inside your account.
How do I get a texting number?
VipeCloud sends via 10 digit long code numbers (e.g. 123-555-1234) and you can port your existing SMS number or acquire your own number within the system.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. After your trial you can continue with VipeCloud on a monthly or annual basis.
How does adding users work?
Simple, we prorate the time remaining on your monthly or yearly subscription. From your team management page you can add new users by adding their email, and we'll send the new users a welcome note and also invite them to connect for a product training.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Similar to adding new users, we'll simply prorate the difference you owe or are credited when changing your plan.
What do texts cost?
Outgoing SMS and MMS messages are 1 credit a piece for texts up to 480 characters in length. A message to 5 contacts would be 5 credits.
Incoming SMS messages are free. Incoming MMS messages are 1 credit a piece.
A credit costs two cents ($0.02) so 500 credits costs $10 and credits can be purchased in increments of 500 credits.
Send 250 or more texts per month and your number is included at no charge. Send fewer than 250 texts and your number is 50 credits ($1) per month.
